The evening live music at the bar added a vibrant atmosphere to our stay. However, finding a comfortable seat in the common areas proved challenging.

For a nice touch, request an upgrade early in your stay. They may have a great corner room available.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved exploring the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum and the Alter Markt, both just a short walk away. The wellness facilities were fantastic! It was super relaxing. Staff were friendly and the service was great too. The breakfast was one of the best with lots of options.

The only downside was that there were issues with room cleaning. Amenities were partially broken which was a letdown for us.
